Nah mate they didn't scratch. Whys that?

Hey mate thanks. Yeh it fits pretty good. I bought it from a local parts shop, they sent away to there usual dealer and it came in about 3 days. I can get you more info about the company if you would like.
The only part I didn't like was how the carpet finished at the bottom of the pillar in between the doors. It's just not that neat. But other than that pretty good for a moulded carpet!!

Took a few pictures with the new wheels on!!
I was hoping they didnt look too over the top but i think they look pretty good.

Dude that looks amazing! I love how every aspect of the build is just classy and understated. Nothing too over the top, a lot of the build pays tribute to the original styling of the car... they are sexy cars from the factory...so why change anything!!!
Also a massive fan of the 6 banger. Don't get me wrong V8's are awesome but I really like that you have gone the different route and just stuck with a clean and neat 6. 186's just have a certain sound about them too... very unique.

hats off mate... a job very well done.

It looks fantastic in all the photos you've posted. I wouldn't change it too much personally cos you've just got it spot on. Bloody beautiful.

Bewdiful work - What a great car to pick up from an old lady and save before someone buried it in a car masher. Checking it out 6 months ago, you've come a long way. Nice colour choice.

Very clean looking car mate.

If you do go v8 and don't plan on going too wild put a nice 308 in it to avoid engineers or hassles with rego or insurance.

Thanks heaps guys. I really appreciate the feedback!
For now I'm gonna stick with the 6 and then maybe in the future go a nice 308. That's all It needs in my opinion.
Also I'm about to install a reconditioned UC front end with disc breaks. Should be good!

Paint job turned out sweet, was that straight off he gun?

Bet it turns a few heads
Personally,if I were going V8 I'd stay with a 3OH! Should be a great cruiser.

Just give it a crack clint! Worst that happens you'll fwuck it up and need to rub it back, practice make perfect!

Mate that car of your has come up a treat. I am not a fan of 5 spoke rims on LH's but yours has actually came up pretty well with the new paint job. Have you got a paint code for that colour, wouldn't be 746S would it?

Looks good mate. Good choice of rims, suits the car.
Thought I'd post a pic of mine when I saw it.
