Just cost me $132 for a LH 9' with center on full pallet from Melb to Darwin
$120 for a LJ 9' on half pallet from Melb to Darwin
Used them for a 6 trimatic once.
2 sets of alloy wheels 1 set was from WA cost $80 to darwin
The only problem i had, was my turbo 400 went missing for about 4 months, they didnt know where it was, but they new they had it. Well, it made it way into the torana, so all in all, good.
They take credit card or bank deposit. Must be paid before item picked up.

Need to know if anyone knows of a freight company that would pick up an engine from
Gosford NSW and move it to Brisbane.
It is a complete 253, so pretty heavy, but I also don't know what a 253 would weigh either.
Any suggestions?
Cheers
Chris

Same they only deal with big companies they told me, and tried to fob me off to TOLL.I am not impressed to hear that people are getting sent away from Concord Park as they not a company sender.
I will look into this and find out why.
Australia Post was the cheapest option, but as I found this morning they have a 20kg limit. A packaged 308 head is 23.05kg's.

i was put onto coastline thru a holden dealer that sends new cars from brisbane to mt isa.
for the distance of 1900 kms including insurance with an excess of 300 dollars.
$670. depot to depot.
that may give you an indication of distance: dollar ratio.

Thanks for the info mate! No worries on the non-GMH pictures, we're not THAT one eyed in here!
I know ALOT of members struggle to find competant and fair companies to move equipment around. Hopefully this gives them another option!
Cheers

DONT USE THEM
They only communicate by email.
I paid for my brakes to get picked up by credit card on sunday, and emailed them on sunday.
they state on their web page
'Due to the high volume of questions we receive each day we will provide a response within a maximum of 4-6 hours with our target of 75% of all emails being answered within 1 hour. '
Its been 2 days and i haven't heard anything.
I'm starting to wonder if i have been jibbed

concordd parke....didnt want to know me.
busefreighte.... said they cant take anything over 30kgs, though I only spoke to one person
perdformanced freight.... may have been helpful if they ever answered their phone, continually rang out, and on the occasion it went to message bank, I left messages that were, and still have not been returned.
ended up getting on to a company called RPM Freight. (02) 9669 4888, who were very helpful, but could not pick an item up if its over 30kgs, had to be dropped to their depot, but otherwise would have done it, price $75.
Then I called All Action Couriers ph: 1300 133 486. did a fantastic job. I called them at 9:30am, it was picked up at 11am, and delivered to me the next day at 11am. for $90. only downside is they dont have card facilities, so its cash upfront.
And about removing business names in the previous posts...tiny you will note i have altered the names slightly......as if they care anyway, seems they dont want our business...

Thanks for your input, and i'm glad you got it sorted! Hopefully the company that helped you might be able to further their business with other members here.
