That Sepia car looks like an old Canberra car. If it is, I looked at it back in the early 90's. I think that the LH is Chamois as well, can't be sure though...

Have you put the Sepia one in the collection mate?

Just waiting on some additional info. I think he jury is still out in regard to Sepia, Burgundy and Bordeaux. Burgundy is listed as a L34 colour. It looks like the Sepia pictured but darker. Either the Sepia is infact Burgundy or just a more rusty red shade. Perhaps the LH we are calling Burgundy is infact Bordeaux. MMMmmm.

I am sure the Sepia car is in fact Sepia. It has been a Geelong car since the early eighties. It was forsale a while back on Ebay and when I spoke to the owner I am sure he said it was Sepia. I saved the pic from the ebay add. :tease:

This is my idea of Burgundy. It was available in the L34 range.

I've just come across this thread and just a new member. I own a Sepia SLR5000. The colour is a real deep/dark brown, when you look at it in the shade you'd think it was black, you can hardly see the black striping, in the sun it is not a flat colour but metallic. This is under original paint. According to searches done there were only 4 in this colour. First photo taken on an overcast day, second one done quite late in the day nearing sunset so it looks browner.

Cheers, Tim

My HJ Premier is Sepia, still wears its original paint. It behaves as stated, looks black in the shed but bronze in the sun.
