yeah im hoping for about 580-590hp at the flywheel without the gas, should be easibly reachable, we have seen a few simple motors lately making big power

Looks the goods mate! I'm gonna be running the same top end vn heads, harrop single plane, BG, bug catcher (mr gasket tho). Is that a 1/2" spacer? Where abouts will the bonnet sit in relation to it? From here it looks like the top of the carb will be inline with the bonnet? Also do u know if the carb will sit in the same position (front - back) with the harrop as the stocky manifold. I'm in the process of bracing up my bug catcher bonnet and i hope the hole is still in the right spot after all the effort!

yeah the scoop should still sit in the same posisition with the harrop. as for the height of the carby ill have to check once the bonnet is back on but by the looks of it, the carby is going to stick out about an inch. the spacer is one of the kostecki vibration dampners.

Hey, looking good, and sure is a beautiful spec sheet, will go very nicely. What are you running for your cooling and what size is your water pump, I'm struggling to keep my strocker cool at the moment. I like the look of the big single plane as well, I'm going to have to dump my harrop dual for a single some time in the future I think.

Cheers,

radiator is a custom made aluminium unit, with 2 inch thickness, and triple flow. i got it made in america and im waiting on it to turn up. as for fans im going to use twin ford fans, and for now the pump is a genuine holden pump. so we'll see how it goes
