getting closer now, it would be nice to have a few more toranas but dont want the day to die out either . Hopefully next year a few more torries will be right to go 
Just got mine back from the panel shop today, need to put it all flares on and put all the interior back in , my new dash and a few wiring fixes so it seems a few late nights are in order and may aswell do a plug and oil change before the day

sorry ive been off the air been working my arse off and trying to get my hatch ready which has main bearing issues so will be a no show and my vh has set back after set back any way all is good just the weather will stuff us now if anything.we are looking like just nudging the 40 ill have the list updated by sunday we have to send the list to john at wsid by wednesday next week.so if any one can scrounge a couple more thats all we need.01. ok just going thru the list now we have hit the 40 so we are safely in .it will probably be the same amount of entries as last year.
just some further details gate 16 at 6.30 am will be the time to meet.please park as close up to the gates as you can so we dont spill out onto ferrers rd.gates will open at 7 then we proceed to the carpark and we will start handing out the tickets .it should be easy this year as we dont have the video payment issue from last year.we have 3 hours to get it sorted before racing starts.
please do your checklist on friday night
helmet.please confirm this has the australian standard sticker on it AS1698.YES IT DOES NEED IT.
clothing long sleave shirt compulsory or they wont let you race .
shoes

drivers licence
put these in your car on friday .i have forgotten stuff in the rush/excitement before its no fun on the day when you have to drive back home to get something .
just check your car for stupid things we often dont like tyres,coolant,oil,battery,brakes, unis,wheel balance etc etc drag racing whilst it doesnt seem like it does need all these to be in top order,especially with the amount of runs you will get over a wednesday night meet.we had people dropping off like flies last year.

just some further details gate 16 at 6.30 am will be the time to meet.please park as close up to the gates as you can so we dont spill out onto ferrers rd.gates will open at 7 then we proceed to the carpark and we will start handing out the tickets .it should be easy this year as we dont have the video payment issue from last year.we have 3 hours to get it sorted before racing starts.

put these in your car on friday .i have forgotten stuff in the rush/excitement before its no fun on the day when you have to drive back home to get something .
just check your car for stupid things we often dont like tyres,coolant,oil,battery,brakes, unis,wheel balance etc etc drag racing whilst it doesnt seem like it does need all these to be in top order,especially with the amount of runs you will get over a wednesday night meet.we had people dropping off like flies last year.

Ill just put it out there if anyone has a bbq they can bring or if wsid has a bbq available, and somebody not racing is willing to man it for a bit around lunchtime, i will be able to bring around 150 sausages for everyone. Just mean someone needs to grab some bread! Just an idea...

It's a nightmare getting cars running!
I thought we had heaps of time but no!!
I'm not sure what time my stuff starts on Saturday but I may be able to drop past and say g'day! I will try!

Hi Rob
As we're towing all the way from Bathurst, what time is the latest we can turn up without being a nuisance? I usually don't worry too much about early starts but this week I have work training and a funeral on the Central Coast to fit in.
