Our 1973 TA22 Celica "Race Car"

I'm pretty much Australias Wikipedia on 71-77 Celicas & NO it's not a real GT.

GT Celicas did have the longer bonnet vents + a 2T-G Twin Cam 1.6L + twin side draft 40mm Mikuni Solex carbies

That's the top 1/2 of a pair of $4.99 ebay fake GTR Nissan badges, the R section got placed on the rear 1/4s
where the Dragon shield badge should be.

I called it the Euro Trash "Rallye" version with red R there
Had the same red dash as the race car too !

I've got footage of the crash but it's been misplaced at my friends house 2 weeks after the incident

Hopefully turns up soon as he's doing a house reno
