yep reckon they will fit easy...I was lucky an was able to borrow both a 15x7 with 225x50 and 15x8 1/2 with 245x60 wheels from a couple of mates and the 15x7 combo had heaps of room

Hey Mate,

So you tried the 15x7 with 225x50 on the front and the 15x8-1/2 with 245x60 on the rear with no problems is this correct.?

Were the 15x8-1/2, BS 3.5" or the 5".?

Where they the (005) street pro from VPW.?

Your Torana standard diff, brakes with no flares, same as mine.?

Sorry about all the questions mate, but i want to get this right the first time, could be an expensive F##k up. Lol.

Thanks,

Russell

thats ok Russell,im only talking about Centreline Convo Pro's I tried the 15x7 which ONLY come in 3 3/8" backspace on the rear
my diff is slightly narrowed bout 15mm each side but I reckon standard torry diff they fit would too with a 225x50 tyre

don't reckon they will fit on the front without the usual front lower guard lip cutting

Before with 14x7s and 235/60s, and after with 15x7 front and 15x8 rear. 215/60 front, 235/60s on the rear.

From Summit racing, $104US each!

Oh, before any comments on the Chinese tyres.. they hang on better than the new Hankook RA03s that came off!

Got the good old fashioned Dragway Indy's on my car at the moment. Will get a brand new set of Centreline Convo Pro's this year probably after the engine gets some new bits and pieces.2011-10-18184056.jpg

Do you know the backspacing on these?

Looks like I failed.

Sorry Brad didn't see your post. That car and rims are long gone but from memory they were 4.5 inch BS.
