Then they charge you the "standard fee" to "clean" it before they release it
When questioned as to why I paid $250 to clean a spotless car I was told there was leaf matter under the wipers
I wanted to know where the mud came from.... since if it was US mud... it should have been cleaned off... and if it was Aussie mud WTF was I paying for cleaning for

Nothing new....heard it a ton of times from them...along with all other crazy things Customs and Quarantine both come up with...
Basically just have to put up with it though, and just do our best to make due, ha ha..
