I can tell you in the HJ-HZ range did use different length steering arms between manual and power steering.

LH/LX and UC RTS ones would be excellent to complete the set.
Which workshop manuals are you guys scanning these from? They look like they must be from factory holden manuals.

i Have the HZ sup and also a LH workshop manual and nether have these images unfortunately.
My understanding with late HX / HZ RTS is that all the arms and stubs are the same it is the chassis that gives the changes.
in geometry.
Cheers Paul.
I have several GM-H WB books, and all they mention is the spring, shocker and sway bar specs.

Any chance of a higher DPI or larger version of that image at all.
I would be very interested in the actual dimensions on it.
This is what the HZ sup says are the RTS changes other than the frame.

Strange thing is they do not say about the drag link/cross shaft being different and it is.
Cheers Paul.

LC 6cyl Torana
Edit: Can anyone else read the dimensions? I might have to do a zoom scan or something.
So what's the chance of getting a better resolution image of this?
And some for the LH - UC Toranas?

Hi Guys.Strange thing is they do not say about the drag link/cross shaft being different and it is.
Cheers Paul.
The drag link change took place in early 76 at the same time that the longer steering arms were introduced.

OK it's a bit old, but does somebody have a clearer image of the LC/LJ diagram and is ther an image out there somewhere for the LH-UC?
Hi Chopper
I tried to enlarge the LC/LJ diagram on the scanner but to get it large enough to read the dimensions the image data size was too large for the scanner to handle.
I'll have try close up pics with the camera instead.
Cheers
Dave.

Maybe a newer member can help fill in the gaps.
