"E", How about you and the bill payer :tease: get a lift with Gene next year, apparently the Glaicer (unconfirmed rumor) will be comming over for next years event, and while ya's are at it grab Datto, Welby and the rest of the sandgropers :clap:

I saw Gene's eyes light up when they announced an award for "furthest distance travelled". it was only 1900k's or thereabouts....Gene would double that !!

Hi all i agree with you Paul just jump on the plane with Gene (HE'S GORGEOUS) and come over there is plenty of us
to get you a lift to & from airport

i enjoyed torana fest again this year i did have my first torana a uc entered buy 30klms from my home the diff gave out so had to go in the toyota but will be ready next year

Well done to all those involved in putting on one great show , it was my first Toranafest and definately wont be my last. I met some great people who more than happy to talk toranas, and a big thanks to Dave from the HVTC who shared some info with me about 173s gtr,s i had no idea how rare these are these days so i might just have to hang on to it for a while longer and hopefully enter it at the show some time in the future.

Yes, Toranafest was well organised and featured some great looking Toranas from stock to highly modified. This was my first visit to Toranafest and the first time I have entered a vehicle. My torrie was Runner Up - Sponsors Choice - Best at Show - HB/LC/LJ/TA.

enjoyed torana fest had my uc entered but didnt get it there had mechancal trobs 30klms from home but wikk be there with bells on next year

Well what can i say 2nd toranafest and wont be my last i think had a great time catching up with all and a special thanks to kieth for picking me up from the airport and rob and simmo for dropping me back to the airport cant thank you guys enough and well done to the hvtc for putting on a great show see you all next year

I didn't get a Persian sand hatch but did get a Barbados Green L34, almost exact replica of my HB :D

The only thing I didn't like about this beast was the air cleaner sitting above the line of the bonnet scoop.

Just didn't seem to look right.
