Have noticed that their are no rust repair sections available for the rear wheel arches on the lh lx . Has anybody made up these sections as they look difficult to make up and keep the correct curve. Mine have rust bubbles and i know as soon as i start grinding,i'll end up having to replace a substantial section of the wheel arch.

Any ideas would be appreciated

FInd someone putting flares on and get their offcuts

what about the lower dogleg sections, all mud and grit used to sit on the folded back section, or is it the same profile as the Hq
doglegs, i saw someone selling on ebay

Took a grinder to the wheel arch and it's looking pretty ugly. It's dented in as well as rusty. the rest of the rear 1/4 is pretty dented as well as there is cracks in the paint, obviously a lot of bog in there.

Its looking that the best option may be to cut off the whole quarter panel if i can find a replacement.

If anyone knows of a car for wrecking in WA that i can cut the rear 1/4 off i'd be grateful.

That is just mother nature's way of telling you that Torana's are made for flares. :D

Sometimes brand new old stock ones pop up on ebay
Expect to pay about $500+ each for them though
