Just gave this manifold a strip down and clean and found some corrossion and a hole..... Can this be re-welded and repaired???
Can Inlet manifolds be welded/reparied?

just had one fixed myself, cost $125 for about the same amount of work...just took it a cylinder recon joint

yep, the manifold on the targa hatch, sitting under those 4 beautiful webers , is the shittiest piece of porous aluminium you can ever see. Been welded and patched a number of times

Yes they can be repaired
I was told to always use a better grade of coolant when theres been a repair to alloy
SO I would suggest using the V6 commodore coolant as a minimum
Genuine stuff... straight from the dealer.... cheap enough
