Technical question - you coated the bare metal with rust converter. How long will that protect the metal from the rust nasties?
cheers

Well that pretty much took care of yesterday, and what a fun day it was too : )
I can never tell if you are being facetious when you say this stuff! LOL.
Rust scares me.

As always, looking forward to the journey ahead as these Monzas are a nice looking car when given the Aussie touch.
As a matter of interest, what are those wheels? They look all satanic 'n' shit and I cant recall seeing anything like them before.
Cheers,
T

As a (very) amateur restorer I often only get partway through a job & have to leave it so I appreciate what other people do to solve these problems.
Re the Monza If my memory hasn't totally failed I think GMH tossed an Australianized version around as a possible replacement for the Kingswood etc. Some of the concepts were pretty good so It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out

do you want them for the uc t? they are standard issue monza.im sure ben would sell them.
Hmmm, might have to get busy on photoshop and see what they will look like. From the quick search I did they are 5 x 120 PCD which is Commodore stud pattern right?
If you can ask what he wants for them that would be cool man. No great urgency though.
Cheers,
T

Brock was keen to bring them in, Holden wasn't. Hence just the one HDT prototype.

I reckon some of you blokes were born without eyes.
These truely are an unattractive motor car in standard form, its bloody lucky The Dirt has it as it will take all his skill and imagination to make it pretty.
