sadly it was rusty as and stripped of it's 253 etc and reborn as a great wall years ago

But all HQ 25th Anniversary Premiers were 202 6-cyls, not 253 V8ssadly it was rusty as and stripped of it's 253 etc

No, Silver with Silver vinyl roof & only 202.Silver with the white roof? All I have seen is 253 power.
They are also badged accordingly on the steering wheel & C-pillars.

But sounds like a vacuum cleaner.......most 'special' car I have owned is a VU SS Fifty ute... 1 of 500 made... Almost as rare as an A9X! HAHA
First model with the changed firing order wasn't it?

In that case I own up to current ownership of a HSV coupe 4. Fabulous. Does a great job as the practical car.

Those with a keen eye will notice the number plates are different. Second shot is just before I sold it, I kept the Jubilee plates. Sold it for a Series II VU Gen III, didn't like that car. Had to have the engine replaced even though the oil consumption / valve issue was fixed.

Car still exists and is in victoria and i believe has a 5 spd gearbox now ........... do regret selling that one.

Nice one Red!The rarest cars I have had and still own is a 1930 Buick 60 series master 6 Phaeton. One of 811 made, one of only 3 that came to Australia.

yes my thoughts exactly you nigel.i sold my hj gts 4 i regret it you dont see any around now they make way for the 2 doors,a rare car for that reason same as your hq paul.do we count fords here ive got a jg special in emerald fire one of only 265?? made.1 of 3 in aug 75 that left mcleod ford after the horn interiors treatment.I owned a HQ GTS 4 door, swapped it for an SLE VB Commodore (IDIOT)
