This is my homemade under dash clutch master cylinder. As I was to cheap to pay Mal Wood $790 for his setup ( but his looks good ).
It’s a eBay / Toyota master cylinder for about $60 new and a day stuffing around. The reservoir bottle will be on the fire wall. The outlet will go straight into the tunnel and back to the clutch. Should give me more room for the extractors and very little problem with heat.
I have also relocated my hand brake to the centre of the car.
Thanks

Will you have problems fitting the steering column in?

i`ve done something, almost the same, dosent look as good as other setups, but fuctionality, fantastic.
i used a tilton m/c which uses a standard universal mounting flange, so if the m/c size needs changing its a direct swap.
i have a remote reservoir under the bonnet.
and biggest plus, less than a quarter of the price of other setups.
i made a stop to limit the travel, if not careful can cause over extension at the clutch.
i have half to 2/3rds the travel of the original setup, great for what i want, and its just as light as most road cars.

sorry been having issues trying to put photos up.
tilton 76 series m/c, google or check them out on summit racing, good quality reasonably priced, wilwood does the same job, same size mounting flange,

I have a McLeod slave cylinder so I emailed them about the M/C size (The bore is 3/4" and the stroke is 1.2")
I have also put the reservoir under the bonnet and also a floor stop on the pedal.
For $60 and a day stuffing around.
