Is is an easy job, but you have to take your time and not cut corners like removing the front seal first, leaving the front seal on and trying to force in place to get the bolts in would be one thing that can cause grief..

Out of curiosity, which head bolts go into water jackets?
From memory all bolts bar three on the inlet manifold side.

Yes all bolts were sealed
Well I thought he had sealed all his bolts? I didn't seal the ones for the timing case/water pump.
