There is a cast flange that joins the stock exhaust pipe up to the stock cast exhaust manifold. Would there be items on the market that would replace this? Or will I need to track down the correct ones to fit my exhaust system up to my manifolds?

Can't say I've ever seen them new, but wouldn't be hard to track some decent second hand ones down as they don't tend to get damaged and everyone just replaces with extractors

Yeah Im just curious is I need to use the exact Holden item or would an exhaust shop have something that would be compatible. We dont have a great deal of choice in exhaust shops up this way and no doubt asking them about this would result in a blank look. Id had to drag the car in there to have an exhaust done only to find it cant be mated to the header correctly..

I think they may be a little smaller in diameter?

You could probably get away with bevelling the inside of a standard flange a bit so it matches the pipe flare, as long as everything sits square the sealing rings can take up quite a bit and should seal fine.

Someone must have some old ones lying around, they're not uncommon and most people don't really want them.
