Righto guys my cousin had his car stolen from west coast custom panell and paint from Malaga in Perth .. It is an lx torry which has over 30 k worth of panel work done and he wants it back .. The owner Wayne smith failed to pay his rent on the property and was thrown into the street know the car has dissapered and we want it back any info to the whereabouts will be welcomed .. It's a dog act and those who are involved will be delt with

That is a dog act why wouldn't the person renting the propety ring him to come and pick his car up before it got turfed on to the street if it was me i would want blood

I think more details are needed for everyone to keep a look out.
Buggar. But it's been going on for years hubby had the wheels stolen of a car in Malaga whilst in for painting 28 years ago. It sucks.

yeah it's a dog act..
did the bussness have insurance?...you may be able to claim on that
and tmk the landlord has to store your items for a period of 3 months...and have a balillif present during eviction...so there may be a case to answer
but to be any help more details are needed...ie color...identifilble features
perth is reasonable small so word will get around if it's parted out

Will post pics as soon as I receive them the car was totally stripped for panel work it's in primer but the most distinguishing feature is that the engine bay was completely smoothed out as it was gonna be a show car ..... All tags had already been removed by owner before hand

Still should have a chassis # stamped on the rail

Anything to help identify the car will make recovery easier

No doubt this will get sold off in bits.
Watch the Quokka, Gumtree and fleebay.
Dog act is dead right. IMHO landlord and owner are fully responsible and they cant just dump your car outside. Its your property and you have a right to be given notice before they can do what they did. Its not your dispute and its not their property. Go see a solicitor .... they will have to pay.

Any Luck yet? you could try asking nearby businesses to check CCTV that might have picked up something unusual during the night it went missing. bear in mind most cctv systems over-write there footage over 2 weeks so the faster you act the better your chances. you might get lucky... a car with another car on a car trailer is a pretty big thing to miss

Other features are that it has been tubbed and in primer I'm still waiting on pics ... Car obviously still hasn't been found ... Havnt been on here for a while ... Been looking for the bloody thing ... I'll post as soon as I get them

I doubt they're that stupid, sadly, it was probably sold off to recoup debt. They should be sued for negligence.

Sued then flogged like the dog WAYNE SMITH is for anyone who doesn't know Wayne smith but know the car scene in Perth he owns the two tone orange and silver vh commodore with a 6 71 blower With DUMPED on his number plate ... Yes I'm naming and shaming cause as far as I'm concerned it's all his fault and if I find out he sold my cuzz car to pay back debt in which he owes alot of people I'm honna skin his nuts with a rusty sword

I saw the pics on FB thats why I added them
They should have been up MONTHS ago
No idea why someone would take to long to provide info on such a thing
I gather theres alot more to this storry than is being told

Strange engine bay too
Hope he finds it
