Thanks to Jeff's balljoint tool, we removed the front springs today to find the obvious fault.

Any pictures of the v.2.0 ? :D and hopefully it worked as easy for you as mine has seemed to.

Great you sorted out the issue, but really stinks the "quality" control on things lately it seems like,,

Good job posting this online. Something I can look out for in the future.

Cheers

I get all of my springs custom made for that very reason. And for about the same price as the off the shelf stuff.

Some springs are like that
One longer than the other
Due to drivers and passenger side weights

But anyway... you were taking them back regardless as even the short side was too high right ?

Is that some sort of fat-passenger joke ? :badabing:

Or fat driver joke

I've just worked out a deal to delete my fat passenger (once she finds a new place to live)

Or to do with engine rotation etc
Dunno... just seen it before

Remember my old Trans Am had an extra leaf spring on the rear to help with torque twisting,

Just got the glass back from the tinkers, looks great.

Interesting thread.
I have always had a lean on my car. the running gear has been in two different cars, both cars same problem
have swapped springs left to right, tried different springs but still the same. taken measurements everywhere
there have been three sets of stub axles in the car, changed to UC RTS, have even changed from standard rear springs to coil overs, still the same!
Am starting to think it might be the 9" but that will also be eliminated shortly as well.
