202 "stroker" kits- opinions? +knifedged bmotor cranks

Seems a lot of money for what looks like an offset ground crank and a new set of rods with basic cast pistons?
On the same note, does anyone have a reccomendation for knifedged blue/black cranks?
I have someone to do the machine work, but the added cost of having it checked and straightened makes it expensive?
Has anyone had any experiences with particular shops? (I have 3 or 4 cranks, just need the work done)

Sounds like the completely custom rods are what costs, I wonder if it makes enough difference to be worthwhileSeems a lot of money for what looks like an offset ground crank and a new set of rods with basic cast pistons?

I will talk to you about it tomorrow at the drags when I come out for a look.
Straightline Performance is Mick. He has a quick 6cyl powered blue early model ute. FJ or FX - can't recall as I usually only see the back of it

Id have to throw a tape over them, our engine building guru gave us the specs a while ago and we ordered the rods, then subsequently the je forgies to suit.
sounds good, whats the rest of the plan??

to use a stroker motor you have to use a 186 block only=234cu.have you tried prostroke (i think that's the name)

What he said.As a sidenote regarding strokers, no one going fast and winning races is using one.

In my opinion, you are defeating the purpose of using a counter weighted crank if you machine all the weight out of it, you may as well use a red crank.
