HQ only. Do you want to sell it? Or is it a repro. I've been looking for one to put away for when I eventually find a HQ Kingswood Sandman ute.

Not sure if its repo, but it has been tucked away in a shed for a very long time.

If you want to make a crazy offer,I can pass it on.

I think, but im not sure, as my Brother had the Van in the 1980's, so trying to call up 1980's recall, i thought where his said Sandman in the background around the Sandman it was like Chequed Flag like, now i could be wrong, the racing chequed flag style thingy, if u get what i mean.

My mate has one.

I'm holding out for a Saffron or Orchid or Aquamarine or Sunburst or sable metallic, 308, trimatic, 2.78:1 LSD, air and steer HQ Kingswood Sandman ute. I've never even seen ID plates off one so not sure if one existed. I have ID off the exact car execpt it was a 3 seater so not a Sandman.I may have to settle for a HJ one (same except TH400) or build my own replica!

There was a fair few, but most were manuals. Lots of 308 and 253 with some 173 and 202 as well. I want a top spec car, so has to be Kingswood (which most HQ-HJ Sandman utes appear to have been, bugger all Belmonts (HQ) or Holdens (HJ) around today), L31 M40 with air, steer and LSD.

Aaron, i'm the opposite. To me the Sandman has always been a ute, this was always the weapon of choice for the tradies and motorcross fraternity, like utes still are today. Vans were for the surfers.

Might be a good one to buy if price is right,i,ve always wanted one to keep, had to sell a few over the years and regret it now.

I,ve got a van here for sections.

I already have this one recorded but no chassis number.
