Got the crank sensor mount machined up, just need to machine 2 bosses to set the distance from the sensor to the harmonic balancer.

The All-U-Need is good, unless you have an accurate set of scale I would mix 1/4 of a can to 1/4 of the hardener (900ml to 10ml).
It is a bit sensitive to tip size and air pressure, if you don't get it right you can get a lot of dry spray.
It is hard to sand out fine scratches so i have been recommended to finish with a primer then a light rub then colour.

Finished the filler work on the doors and put a quick coat of epoxy over them to seal them up and epoxied the door hinges.

Hi Glen,
do you paint the hinges on the car or hanging as they are now?
If you paint them off the car what do you do with the bolts?
Regards mando.

I'll probably paint them off the car and use stainless bolts.

Will it not flex with uplift from air at speed???

The intercooler is bolted to the radiator support which adds strength.

Started filling some holes in the hatch, looks like its had 2 other different spoilers fitted and painted twice before, each time straight over the old paint.
