Well technically this might be possible if you could find an engineer crazy enough to take the risk?

Remember that this is an Individually Constructed Vehicle (ICV) and so doesn't have anything to do with the NCOP for Modified Vehicles, you are essentially the manufacturer and can do whatever you want, all you need to do is satisfy the current ADRs (or whatever the NZ equivalent is).

I hear what you are saying, but somehow I don't think this at has an unobstructed view of 11m. This would be lucky to be clear at 18m

I'm not picking on this car though. I take nothing away from this build

yep thats right over here to its a scratch built car so gets redgo as a 77 torana rep and 2016 torana i do have to have some things like intermittent wipers, high stop break light and couple other things. my line of vision  from half way up windscreen 8m  from front bumper so i just scrape in. can still see more than  i could with my tunnel rammed monaro

Actually much better view than I thought.
Looks I need to retract my comment.
Apologise.

LOL... I couldn't count the number of times a cop has told me "You must be able to see the whole front edge of the bonnet", which is, of course, a complete load of BS!

And yes, I've been defected for far less than this beast has hanging out of the bonnet too.

For some reason I don't think the Dynomat will quiet it down, might stop the drumming of a couple of thousand horses though!
