Might have to change the pistons, or the compression will be way too high?

H O L Y F U C K, that looks awesome.

Myss, pistons aren't the only thing that will need changing, I think a new pair of jocks will be in order after he first steps on the loud pedal.

Is the body welded on the chassis or bolted?

yes the body is welded to chassis.

the compression was gunna be lowered  anyway now will be even lower cant afford to drive round on C14

hopefully will be a set of slugs and a cam change

the height is the problem with body over the chassis even the rocker covers are poking out the bonnet

Perhaps you'll have to cut down the engine mounts / braces ... maybe start with the front one to bring the tailshaft up pointing more at the diff?

have all ready lowered sump to get lower its just what happens when you lower body over chassis.

anyway have been doing deals and have come up with these masterpower gt45's.

thinking about where to place them if they are up high it gives me more room up front for things.

The only way to tell if you have enough hp is with the stopwatch.

Time a run and return to get a slab from your local bottle shop. Do this both with and without the turbo's. The faster one is the way to go. Another trick is to measure the temp of the beer when you leave to when you arrive. Obviously the hotter the beer is by the time you get home is the loosing combo. Another gage that I often use is how many beers I can drink by the time I get the slab home. The less you can drink means the hp has to be better.

Remember drink and drive your a bloody idiot - but if you make it home alive and your a bloody hero.

(Don't drink and drive I am just kidding)

Any reason not to use a fibreglass body? Is it preference to use a steel body or is it due to a rule in this racing class??
