Nope... They dont care.
I had to take all the paint, sandblast the rust, zinc it then undercoat..whats the point of buying a new panel when it creats more work..I have enough to do whitout more crap.. Old Skool...dont buy off them..Let alone get a car done by them..
As the product is not as described and is what I would call damaged he according to Comsumer law has to pay for the freight !
Hes a wanker and rude to boot..I wont use them again..and I hope no else does as well.... I couldnt be bothered taking it further..I think My mesage got across from this forum.. Dont use OLD SKOOL at all guys..I reacon you will be most upset with them... The rwsto business must be sooooo good for them.. They can afford to loose customers.

Hi i dont know if you know this but if you paid by credit card all you have to do is ring your bank and tell them what has happend send them all the info and photos and they retreive the money back as i have done this in the past. cheers sting
