can anyone help me with the ignition switch wiring in a lj please,i am just refitting the wiring harness,i have plugged the large plug into the ignition switch but there is a single female spade terminal with 2 dark green wires in the same harness,there is 2 spare male terminals on the switch itself,does this wire plug onto one of these , cheers rodney

Did this used to be column auto? If my memory is correct, dark green is reverse lights.

thanks rodomo,the reverse wires are green but they go on the neutral switch at the base of the column in a auto,these green wires must go to the ignition switch,just not sure which terminal,or if they are spare,cheers rodney

The Dark Green wire should be the temp light test wire. Plug it onto the vacant male spade connector inline with and at the opposite end of the ignition switch to the violet wire.

BTW, I presume this is your LJ S with warning light dash we're talking about?
