I have just fitted a Harrop manifold and EFI Hardware throttle body to my previous banana manifold setup with lots of little issues in the process.

My main ongoing drama is that the thermostat housing orientation for top hose outlet is causing top hose to foul badly against fuel rail which results in a rub hazard and also will heat fuel in rail which is not good .

It currently has standard fuel rails and crossover ,i have been looking at the Aeroflow swivel type housings and see they do one with 45 degree neck and another which looks almost flat they are not cheap and i don't want to buy the wrong one?

Also looking at flexible radiator hose to suit there is a fair amount available on Evil bay again only want to buy something that works?

Hmmm, tricky one you have there !

How about removing the front rigid fuel line from the fuel rails, welding the ends closed with a tig.
Then drill and tap the top of each rail to take a male AN fitting and run a flexible line between the two.

or

Make a custom thermostat housing out of aluminium (modify a cheap plain aluminium one)

I got a custom made thermo housing from a boat shop. They had a few cuastom made ones on the shelf. The price was about $50 from memory.
