i'm losing gene here you know!
you heaped praise on my A9X hatch
but after following your build thread
what a credit to you
to research and do all the hard work yourself it's a credit to you
i was happy with my effort but now i realise i'm not finished
may have to offer gene a drive
otherwise i feel he is lost to the little torana's forever
can't wait to see this finished
cheers

done a rear wheel axle bearing
after sitting for so long!
so hope to fix it and a few more small jobs by summer time

Marty your going to hate me, but there's still one small adjustment to make on yours.
The heater control knobs need the chamfered ends to face upward and downward for the top and bottom controls respectively.
Would be good for someone else to also confirm this.
davemc, so I guess we won't be seeing you at Cars and Coffee this weekend?

Another good pick-up Aleks. Easy fix, that one. :-)
Thanks A9x Dave, I even impressed myself with this one.
Hi Graham, yep silver pen, get a metallic with rattle ball and thickish tip. Mine's a 'pilot' brand from newsagent.
Thanks also to Jonesy and Craig

I got it from Australia post in Balcatta opposite Bunnings. I could see if they still have them and buy you one? Then when you come over you can pick it up, and pay for it of coarse.
Just fitted dash.

Had to make a tool to get the wiper switch fitted nice and tight. Used an old plumbing tube spanner and cut out with hacksaw to get the shape.
Finished 3 out of four of the guages. Repainted the orange on the needle. One of these pictured is NOS. Pretty good match, me thinks. Pics in no particular order, some before some after paint.
New foam fitted to heater diverter.
Before paint.
Hi Gary, yeah still got some sets left, send me a PM.
