Hi 4cylinder models had the smooth clove box finish.

I believe that the LC base model & S model had a smooth finish (black ??) glovebox lid, but the SL had timber tone.

Anyone know differently ?

I was under the impression that the glovebox lids on lc base models and s models could be different colours other than black depending on dash colour. I know it holds true for four cylinder models. Anyone know differently. hqgts you will also need the polished stainless steel surround if you dont have one.

I can only speak for 4 door LC's.

I've had 2 SL's and they both have the woodgrain glovebox.

The other LC I've got has a smooth black one, but it also has a black interior and has been modified a bit so that doesn't really help ;)

Hi hqgts,
Hope this helps you out, ..at a close up look it seems more like 'worms' thank 'crinkle' on the outside, and a bit of a skin/leather look on the inside.

Regards
Col

and on the inside.............
