All and any device to help keep your gear with you is worth
the effort.

Me personally I have gone with a good motion alarm system
with two outside strobe lights and alarm sirens and two sirens in the shed.

The trip time is down to 5 sec. And then the joint is lit up
and the sirens will have me coming down to meet YOU to attempt to pull your
%$@$ head off and throw it down the road so ya better be ready to do the same
to me.

Even if I don’t get hold of you your only in the shed for 5
or so seconds. Not a lot of time to start removing stuff that I have worked and
sacrificed to own.

I got mine through a locksmith supply company with a cost price at $375 each 3 years ago.

Bollards are great to keep the car in place and well worth
the effort. But you don’t want the shits in your shed for any longer than they
need to be. They might not be able to remove the car but they might be able to
spent 30min taking a heap of your other worldly possessions.

So going on my rant above I don’t want the dogs stealing an old Phillips head screw driver.

Recording devices are good too. But if you can’t identify them then you have a problem.  Some of these wankers are savvy to cameras ect and will have a mask or the such to hid their identity.

As I said above you’ve  got 5 sec in my joint then its GAME ON.

Rob,

A man’s Horse back in the day is the same as the Torana is to us people. And we know what the common result was for a horse thief, if where to believe the old history books.

The small amount of gain the thief gets, verses the life of pain for people to lose something so important to them is as far as I’m concerned worlds apart.

You still read on here, about people still lamenting, about something that was stolen 10, 15, 20 years ago.

And I bet the asshole who stole it didn’t give it a second thought 2 days later, after they had moved it on.

Don’t like @#%^& thief’s.

And ya better not round me up at Bathurst again or Ill drink all your beer.

Thanks mate,

Unfortunately due to old age all the hard stuff from up top has been getting soft and heading south for some time now, accumulating around the mid region for some reason.

The old days of picking up 4 bales at a time are over too.

But if I fall on you, your @#$%^.

Hope to see ya at the Island.
