starter motor

replaced starter motor with hi torque on 308,new bolts are shorter not confident enough thread to secure should I use old bolts,also will connections be the same battery right side other centre bottom.

By all means use the original bolts. I wouldn't be keen on using bolts that are shorter.

The end of a solenoid isn't that big so I can't imagine the position of the power connections being that much different from an original fitment solenoid.
