Black is boring but it is timeless and neutral. Whites a bit "look at me" but some guys are looking for that effect. :-)

What about a custom period style slate/black combo that appears to be factory but custom designed by you?

Then if change colour way down the track the the trim can stay?

Slate sounds better

would anyone be able to link me a picture of a car that has an interior like this or somewhat similar?

Thanks

actually, something a bit more modern, like the hexagonal cloth from the current VE range would work too.

If you want a good way to find some cool interior ideas, go look a the "performance" or high end variant of each car model in a showroom, look at the stitching colours, the fabric textures, mizxing leather/vinyl with cloth etc etc.

Hell, you will be finished next month at the rate you're traveling lol.

So many different interiors these days.

This ones blends the outside colour with the inside colour.

Personaly i prefer something like this

*cough: orangeLJ*

But its up to you. Persaonly white seats are gonna get dirty easy aswell, your better off with something a bit darker (not to dark) But its up to what you want your car to be mate.

What I had in my head was something like this, lx ss/a9x slate/black combo but trimmed to gtr period specs like it was factory in your coupe.

Ryan I reckon Sandalwood would look great with the voodoo blue.

I wouldn't go white but sandalwood like Macka's gtr will look the goods I have black & love it in my lc as that's what it got built with but lighter colour interiors stand out more also woodgrain steering wheels like the early adelaide cars got as left overs look better than black ones lol.

Id go

chate mauve  outside and - unless you have picked an outside colour - OR macka's colour &

sandlewood on the inside.

this combo looks pretty sweet and clean and different. if your not a purist.

three cents

stubs didn't turn up this week :( will have to wait till Monday

tossing up on colours after seeing the latest street machine with an orange xu1

thinking either:

1: Voodoo blue exterior, ? colour engine bay / Sandalwood interior

2: Orange exterior, black engine bay / Black interior
