I disagree, I think these seats will look awesome, and really suit this build.

Thanks!

Here's the rebuilt alloy-case muncie out of dads HQ GTS, we converted it to a Holden 6 cyl bell-housing by cutting of the tabs and moving them and then i re-welded them with the TIG (probably the only skill that i have and dad doesnt)

Hi Ryan.

Good to see things are moving along. I think your seats will look the part and will be practical for what you need.

The Muncie should be a good thing and strong enough for your beast. Good on you for having TIG welding skills as well.

I always have a look at your thread when the notification comes through. I am enjoying your build thread.

Warren.

Thanks for the positive comments Warren!

Dad had the mucie behind an injected 400 which he believed to be making at least 400 hp so should be just fine for the 202! and should be lighter than an aussie 4spd too i would imagine

Ryan,

I can't actually figure out in my head why you would want to drive around in a car with no headrests

They are a safety feature and should be used all the time

You have more chance of having an accident and damaging yourself on the street than the occassional trip to the track

What about valencia orange ?

They are head restraints for preventing whiplash (supposedly), not pillows for resting your head against and going to sleep whilst driving.

Let me re-phrase it then; i will have removable headrests so that when i take it to a show i can take the headrests out and it will look semi-original.

Nice colour, but i'm looking for a bit brighter colour, valencia looks slightly muddy in the shade, but nice colour none the less.

Will be working on the torana today, trial fitting the shocks, springs, stubs and hubs and also POR 15 under the guards

Ryan,

Hi Ryan, A custom mix orange that's a bit brighter will look great, I think.

The removable headrests is for show purposes which is what I thought.

The radiator looks like a good thing. You've got to love the shiny bits.

I like your signature picture. It looks the part.

Keep up the good work, mate.

Warren.

Hi everyone, havent forgot about the site, just havent done anything to the car recently. Still waiting on the rims, they should be another 2 weeks or so.

Trying to track down a set of lc 2 dor seats instead of the subaru seats, but with no luck thus far

Thanks for all the help, will definitely get a set of lc seats, keep the original look to the car.

Wheels turned up yesterday! they look immaculate. Very very flash! I thought they were going to be large windows like on mackas but they are small window, no big deal though, they should still look good :)

will post some pics when they upload to photobucket, lets see if i can remember how to do it!
