Brad, you have got it exactly right with your comparison of rivets. Yours are indeed the original style of rivet.

Yeah mate, basically. I have stated in my For Sale ad, "original rivets fitted"
Had a few sly comments made in regards to that statement.
So I just wanted to be certain that I'm not misleading anyone in anyway with my ad. As I believe from what I've seen, these are the original style of rivets.

Don't listen to the nay sayers, the guru's and experts have read your build and made comments, you have mentioned the rivets have not been removed and no one has disputed that so go with what you know.
