Does it work Stinga?
I got mine last week too - tested it, and it doesn't work!
Works for the moment the dwitch is pressed, but stops as soon as it's released.... can't adjust via the screw....They are sending me another.
For the buzzer, I've got one of these http://www.jaycar.co...w.asp?ID=AB3456 - it's ear peircing, so hopefully I will hear it over the engine with a helmet on!

i havent tried mine yet, i will test it this arvo. i ordered a little reversing buzzer, i think its 90db but it hasnt turned up yet. i will let you know how the relay goes

Hi...might be a bit late and at appx $150 might be a bit exy....but these plug into a standard base and Ive used them before on an airbag project with no probs.
Remembering that pin 87 is the opposite to pin 87a, you should get a delayed turn on of the buzzer circuit.
Also..i think they are made in Aus , in SA somewhere.....had good customer service when I rang them with a question too.

just tested mine and it works a treat, and the adjustment for the delay works fine too.
just not sure what the deal is with mounting the relay? as its just a bit of circuit board

can i just get a little black plastic electrical project box thing and use some foam to stop it rattling around inside. not too dodgey?

Use some hot glue or good double sided tape to fix into a project box and It will be all good

i tested the reversing beeper i got off ebay, its pretty loud!!

Finished wiring it all up today, and got the dash back in - works a treat!
I swapper the brake light & oil light around, so that the oil light is at the top where it is more visible.
I also replaced the globe with an LED globe which is nice & bright
Because I found that the 2 warning lights are actually slightly different sizes, I made new lenses out of a broken tale light & blinker lense.
Installed the timer switch, with a push button under the lower dash.
here's a little vid of the buzzer in action.
Because I wired up the power supply for the timer from the ignition power, it activates the timer when you turn the ignition on. I've set the timer at about 2min 45sec, so you can turn the ignition on and the buzzer wont squeal until the timer deactivates.
