I'm sure our members would like to help Barry but they will need some more information.
Is this a confirmed stolen vehicle and please provide a police event number or reference number and which State Police to call, (a phone number would help as this is an Australian wide forum)
Circumstance of the alleged theft would also help, especially for local members in that area. Not looking to criticise but dont want to panic torana owners.
Want to help in a responsible way.

Car was stolen from a panel shop where it was getting some work done to it

Lismore isn't in Victoria which makes it more difficult. Suppose it could be anywhere by now, hope it turns up in one piece.

Gee stolen from the middle of nowhere. I have been in Melb over 40 years and have never heard of Lismore in Vic, had to google it myself. In a town with what looks like only a couple of hundred people it seems to me this would be someone that is very familiar with the car. I cant see the car being anywhere near there now as it would stand out but I guess it could be anywhere. Will keep a look out down here and I hope its recovered quickly and intact.

Not sure what's up with this one but as it's from where my husband lived for 30 yrs we looked for info etc when I first saw it on FB, the townships are tiny & everyone knows everyone, in the end (after hearing at a party last night that it was supposedly stolen from Derrinallum rather than Lismore I ran the VIN# - report says this number doesn't exist, not coming up at all let alone as stolen.
Very confused!

Found at Smythesdale in Vic and as Neil said, has some damage and I might know a bit more when my mate is contacted by the owner
