Also up the Pub today.. The Kingswood looked like it may have been running a bit rich, there was a lot of smoke all the way up the hill when he left.........

Fair enough, I owned a torana whilst on my P plates, but the car was 20 years old by the time I got my hands on it. At that time they weren't very expensive.
So are you saying that back in the day when they weren't anything really special they were more affordable than an equivalent modern car would be to a P plater today?
