At least Mercedes are making it look like it still has a grille.  The Teslas look terrible at the front.

I think all the old miners houses may be Heritage listed?..so no hi-rise in that area...............yet

There are a couple in Jurien.  You can only get original Baja or Manx kits from the 1960's and 70's licenced here in WA.

The guy said."if you let them run out of rego. They can't be rego'd again. His is the Manx. He said the only ones you can get registered now are the full length chassis 4seaters.
