Shed guy is assembling the shed
Concrete guy is clearing the area and doing the solid grey stuff
All I should have to do is cut off the uprights , drink beer and watch
Then paint the floor and put everything back in

Hey Neil, make sure you use a 2 part floor paint, I have done a few and don't waste your time with the cheap Jet Dry crap.

A nice old man came today (72 years old) from the scrap metal recyclers
He took the lot including the tank
Only part he wanted help getting on the trailer was the tank
He loaded it all by hand
I told him he was nuts... but he said he enjoyed meeting people and kept him fit
I told him to keep the cash as I didn't want anything for the scrap value

I used a 2 part epoxy from chameleon paints in Malaga to do my 70 sqm of workshop. Best thing i ever did. Cost a couple of hundred but it will last decades of abuse compared to the cheap alternatives. Make sure you acid etch the surface beforehand. The guys there will explain how to make it last.
