Plus the seat at the right position and height, and depending on your legs even the standard steering wheel can get in the way... the tweaks are just to make it as easy as possible and to suit you

???? You can heal-toe standard Torrie pedals as they are.  Is there any other way to drive?

Agree.

Can heel-toe perfectly in a standard torana by modifying the method instead of the pedals - I brake with my heel and blip throttle with my toe

yeah agree, can do it stocko, but as always, there is a better way, and if that makes it comfortable/easy/fast then thats what I was aiming for.
Old seat out and Sparco in........will need to raise it a bit , as I mounted it as low as possible, and
seems a bit too low.
Pedal fiddle over Christmas break if time permits.

Yep.

If you get in a standard torrie and put it on the racetrack with heaps of braking pressure, you can probably blip the throttle without too much drama, but with mild street braking it's not as easy. Having the throttle up close doesn't seem to ever be a 'worse' thing for me.
