Mine is a 1969 model gtr.Seems like Adelaide cars got the left over timber wheels from the Monaro.

 

I've seen one other with same wheel & heard about of another one that got wrecked out.

 

All three cars were common monza blue Adelaide builds.

 

Mine cracked so replaced it with NOS black one,preferred timber wheel.Might still be in garage lol.

Was it actually timber or imitation? Out of curiosity of course

Just out of interest, has anyone seen or heard of the black vinyl LC GTR steering wheels cracking?

I have a couple with a broken connection , where the spoke meets the steering wheel .
