We are shearing here at the moment which requires a lot of time from me, but I was going to knock off early yesterday to get the car running and ready for a trip to the exhaust place today.

Then the wool presser jumped over a wall and went through the floor breaking his femur. I know him really well and I feel lousy because he was only working at home while on a break from the All Blacks training camp. Look out for me on Saturday. I'll be the one driving the miracle.  

I also notice we are at the opposite end of the oval to the A9Xs on Sunday.

Just checked with Whitemans Park Admin, and we can leave our cars in the Car-park at no penalty.

Hi Dave,

On the image you posted, car park 9 is where the L34's will enter the gate to be parked in front of the museum.

We can use that car park for other cars as well.

There is also parking in car park 8 and the is also some other parking in front of the tractor museum which is number 10 in yellow.

 

Just a reminder that the DEPARTURE time is 10:30, all being well that Shiney makes it up by that time.

All to meet at 10:00am to pick up shirts, look at the run sheets and go through them as a group.

For those who are joining in on the BBQ, I will also run through the cost.

 

Got1UR1 is providing the drinks and will have them in the Sandman for anyone who wants to buy one. All drinks are at cost, will let you know how much when I catchup with him.

 

I had a phone call from the A9X Club and the lads are going to join in on the celebration. As most would know, they have their Nationals this weekend, I am pleased that they are going to be with us on the day as the 2 cars are both peas in a pod, brothers in arms, what ever you want to call it.

WOW what a nice line up of cars!! Had a very busy but totally enjoyable day. There were some outstanding cars on the run.
