It seems to me that the add was misleading and the seller should have explained he is buying it in a raw and unpainted state to prevent all this bad feed back ....if the seller believes he is right why 2 adds on his web site and then why did he adjust the add when .....wow how all this gets out of hand

if you think for 1 second that I am affiliated think again sunshine? so what if we joined 3 weeks apart does that make me affiliated, god haven't you got a complex LOL

I just added my 2 cents worth, that not all sellers whether you think there god or not and your main supply of parts is trustworthy why on earth would you have 2 items that r exactly the same listed as different finishers that in itself with the admission of changing the ads that eame day as the buyer shamed him is a confession in itself. If you want the so called near identical item would you not want it in the proper GMH paint as it stated on the site to suit your concourse GTR or XU1 , hence why I commented to say what I'd seen, I was on brads page earlier in the day looking at parts for my car that I am restoring and I actually viewed the swaybars and it stated painted, I would also like to ad that I most probably will buy off brad for some parts, I'm not slandering the guy but his story doesn't ad up and I see a lot more people contributing also so get your facts right before throwing accusations of innocent bystanders seems there are a few not happy with brad also ( are they affiliated)

I've brought quite a few parts from Brad, including a sway bar, & I'm more than happy with the quality & service. I've found the best way is to call him.
Sure the delivery times are off a bit but, shit, isn't everyone's in this industry? I'm yet to have anything done/delivered when told it would be by any supplier.

Yes, it is, but I've had it for more than a couple of years now & Brad said earlier that he changed the finish because some people wanted to paint it themselves.

just want to share my experience with the above.ordered a sway-bar after reading his website and so you would expect to get what you read.first of all 2-3 weeks takes 7,oh well i can live with that.then after 7 weeks it finally turns up after $550 spent.well,where do i start? he advertisers that it is painted in the original gmh black paint,well mine turns up in bare metal,not linished-grind marks all over it.the end flanges look like a child had a go and supplied with nyloc nuts .for concourse parts i know they are not right.i am totally disgusted with it.looks like something made in a chinese backyard.makes out he is the best in australia,what a joke.i sent a e-mail complaining but as usual no response so another let down .hope no one else wastes their money buying crap.

I also stated that I have never bought from brad nor know the guy who posted this above and then I stated that I am actually going to buy products off brad? yeah I'm playing u all LOLOLOLOL

This has nothing on the extractors and exhaust i received from a forum member and parted with 3 grand~ for.

I have no opinion on this particular case however either way you would only be hurting yourself if you believed everything posted on the internet or a forum. But it sickens me the amount of dodgy businesses that I personally have dealt with and that experience imo needs to be discussed for the good of all consumers. The burden of proof is with the accuser and any defender has equal right of reply in its defence. Of course in the end if its going nowhere and just getting vindictive the MODS have to do their job.

My advice is always keep an open mind ...... however if you have no first hand experience but are repeatedly hearing negative reports, infeasible explanations over a period from various sources ........ then it has to raise alarm bells (Buyer Be Aware).

LXSS350 I couldn't agree more I'm sure we've all been burnt by some form of business within the car industry,

as for LXSS350 about keeping an open mind of course you do, ive gone off people saying this guy is great and got a $2200 clutch installed all for it to seize up and shit itself but he was the BEST I'm all for hearing about bad experiences cause it makes you more aware when dealing or not dealing with them

Is it just me or is this naming and shaming a touch unaustralian?
I understand there is a need for this in extreme circumstances ie fraud, theft etc..
But this looks to be a communication issue between supplier and customer which in my opinion does not warrant the above.
My 2 cents.

really sway bar not painted ? by all means let brad know ? he is a reasonable man i am sure it would of been resolved in-house ? and not on the on the forum ?

i have purchused many parts from brad and have found him very approachable and good quality parts ,his time frame on delivery was also quite reasonable given i am restoring ? as for him not replying to phone/ emails i never had that problem ,i suppose its how you come across ???

Attacked. Indeed not Lazarus. You remind me very much of so many friends I have in Queensland.

What is a sock puppet anyway ? Everyday I get character references from this states most horrible criminals but never copped this one. I'm too old to be vicious these days too.
