Hi,
I've got a 202 with a 4 bbl Holley and was interested in improving the fuel distribution by rotating it 90 degrees on the manifold. This was mentioned by Old Johnno in his awesome articles as a potential way to improve the setup, but I've never actually seen it implemented.
For those of you that have done it, is there much involved?
Is it simply a case of rotating the carb, or does the manifold need to be modified?
Which way should it be rotated?
I was thinking counter-clockwise, so that the primaries are on the outside of the engine, to even up the flow lengths and to make primary jet changes easier.
Will it cause other problems such as fuel starvation on hard acceleration or cornering?
