Hi all, just a quick one. we have been asked by a number of people if they can pay for extra T-shirts and have them in their Goody bag.
Sorry but it does create a fair bit of extra work for our members with regards to accounting for money and cross checking goody bags .
We are also on a very short time frame as the T shirts generally arrive less than a week before Toranafest!
Remember we have 300 goody bags to pack Plus over 60 sponsors packs!
So unfortunately we will not be taking orders for extra T-shirts. We have increased the T shirt order this year and the Hunter Valley Torana Club members on the Merchandise stall will only be too happy to help you out.

AND pre-thanks to the HVTC for the great amount of work that some people some times do not see going on behind the scenes
My car club here in Cootamundra have just run today our 24th Annual Fathers Day Swap Meet with well over 300 stalls and possibly 1600 through the gates, so I do appreciate the amount of work done by the HVTC which is way above what we have done to make today a great success

Hi all I have received a number of phone calls regarding what happens if it is, dare I say "Raining".
The short answer is, Toranafest is still ON.
We have NO alternate date for Toranafest as costs simply don't allow us to do this.
The T shirts have arrived and look fantastic. There will be some pics later on over the weekend on our Facebook Page!!!!
Toranafest 2015 Caps have also arrived They too look bloody good!
We are also selling bumper stickers .. " I survived TORANAFEST 2015".
I am after someone from the Forum that will be interviewed on the Sunday with regards to the Forum and what it is all about.
Will only be 5-10 minutes.
Who wants to do this????????? nominations, volunteers????

G'day All
Thank God its Toranafest time 
The ol' girl is just itching to get on the Hume and be heading North
So I took her to TAFE last night, gave her a grease and oil change and a check over so all's looking good for the trip
Our car club is very lucky that we can hire the TAFE auto workshop on Wednesday nights
