...and this is your NEW reverse switch...

...simply connect the two green wires from the console switch, to the two green wires on your old column switch. You can leave the old column switch there (just disconnected) or you could swap the whole column out for a floor shift column if you want to, it makes no difference to the operation.
Next is the starter inhibitor circuit (the two purple wires): Somewhere in your wiring loom there will be a connector that matches the one above (with two purple wires), it will have a "jumper connector" already plugged into it, which you disconnect, and then connect the short harness from your console to it.
Most likely it will be taped up in the loom somewhere close to the reverse light wiring, if you can't find it, try to follow the purple wire from the ignition switch and see where it goes, the connector will "interrupt" this purple starter wire, breaking the circuit.
Both of these circuits are very simple: if you join the two green wires together, the reverse lights come on; if you disconnect the two purple wires, the starter won't work.
The grey wire is for the little bulb under the console that lights up the "PRND21" strip. This simply needs to connect to one of the other grey wires behind the instrument panel, which originate from the back of the headlight switch. There may well be a connector somewhere already that it's meant to be plugged into, but I can't remember off hand?
As for the kickdown switch, I doubt that it matters which way around the wires connect to it, but if so they will be marked on the switch (I can't lay me hands on one to check).
That last switch on the back of the trans is not used in your application, just leave it disconnected.
