Make sure you save all of the rust. With the way Torana prices are going, even that stuff will be worth money on Ebay.

As an aside, I would love to be able to get $1500 a tonne for firewood.
Thats crazy expensive.

With all the rust repairs completed it’s amazing how much rust was cut out of my Hatchback & how many unforeseen areas were uncovered once you dig a bit deeper

Great looking engine bay, very encouraging when you get to see some of the results of the hard work.
What is that thing on the drivers side fwd of the radiator panel?

Looks like one half of a shrinker/stretcher on its platform in front of the Torana (seen better in the next photo).

Yes quite satisfied with the results, Bigfella is correct it’s a metal shrinker/stretcher

Congrats on reaching this stage of the build Aaron.
I like the jockey wheel dolly idea.

Congrats on reaching this stage of the build Aaron.
I like the jockey wheel dolly idea.
Thanks Mav, it’s taken awhile but all good things take time.
The jockey wheel made it so much easy to maneuver without the front end in
Cheers Aaron
