Well they never made the same design of trim piece in both material types. So it was a gradual progression.
But the closest answer is "LX was the first with anodised ally in most places". Like around the windows. Unlike the sedans, every model of hatchback had this feature.
But LX and UC had some stainless that carried on from earlier models. (eg. 'S' model rain gutter on a sedan, or LX grill surround is of course the same as an LH, fortunately that is also stainless)
And LH was not totally devoid of the anodised aluminium, for example LH 'SL' had the tail light surrounds that nobody likes. They were never made in stainless. Nor were headlight surrounds of course.
