Yep, you definitely need to put that panel into production, the end result looks great!
Dunno if you've welded the top back on yet but the only thing I was going to mention was to make sure the whole thing is watertight before signing-off on it, I've been caught before by MIG welds with previously invisible pinholes!
Although a nice thick coat of KBS would probably do that for you anyway.

I'm glad I did get the drivers side done as John found some rust in the drivers side outrigger that wasn't really visible from the outside.

Is "outrigger" the technical term? I have always called them chassis rails, even though they don't have a chassis.
