My wiper motor is not hooked up. On the bottom of the motor there are 5 pins, looks like 4 that would take a 4 pin connection, but the 5 this parallel outside the plug connection.can anyone help me with where the 5th pin connects to .

Nothing, it isn't used on the LJ.

Maybe if the 5th pin had somewhere to plug in then the wipers might move at a decent speed. But LJ drivers don't need useful windscreen wipers apparently.

Real men don't need windscreen wipers. :)

Washer Pump earth(?) on HQ.

LJ on left, HQ on right, both LUCAS.

Connector on pump goes to wiper/pump switch.
